Capture the warmth and beauty of daybreak in this intermediate-level stained glass workshop inspired by glowing horizons, rising suns, and the peaceful colors of early morning light. Participants will create a finished sunrise-inspired stained glass piece while building on foundational stained glass skills in a creative and supportive studio environment. Some prior stained glass experience is recommended, as participants should feel comfortable with basic cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering techniques. Experience will also be helpful for pacing and time management, as these designs are larger and contain a higher number of pieces than beginner projects.

During this 3.5-hour immersive class, you’ll be guided through the stained glass process from start to finish, including:

• Cutting and shaping glass
• Working with more detailed pattern assembly
• Foiling and assembling your sunrise design
• Soldering for a clean, finished look
• Tips for safely displaying and caring for your piece

Students will have the opportunity to personalize their artwork with their own color palette and sky composition, making each finished piece completely unique.

This class is best suited for participants who have some prior stained glass experience or who feel comfortable with basic cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering techniques.

All materials and tools are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished stained glass piece ready to hang and catch the light beautifully in your home.

Age Restrictions: 16+

For safety, all participants must wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and have long hair tied back during class.
